The Momnificent!® Mom Mastermind groups were developed for all you moms who like our
weekly newsletter, see the value in personal and family growth and want to more actively pursue positive change.
Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, first defined the mastermind as a “coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.”
The benefits of having a supportive mastermind group are plenty:
1.You have a group of people available to help you succeed.
2.You get the benefit of differing perspectives, input and feedback.
3.Your mastermind team can bring resources and connections to the table you might not have had on your own.
4.You receive accountability and inspiration from the group, thus enabling you to maintain focus in achieving your goals.
Napoleon Hill even went so far as to say there was a mystical quality created when a mastermind group was formed. He said: “No two minds ever come together without, thereby, creating a third, invisible, intangible force which may be likened to a third mind.”
In other words, your ability to create things in the world is increased by having that invisible “third mind” of the mastermind group.
I like to say we have God working with us to create amazing change in our lives.
If time and money are obstacles for you, you are a perfect candidate! Our Momnificent! Mom Mastermind groups are affordable and meet only once per month.
This is how they work:
- Each group consists of a minimum of 7 moms and a maximum of 10 moms.
- Each month we will have a topic theme, based on what the group desires. Topic examples could be Discipline, Marriage, Boundaries, Dealing with Extended Family Issues, Teaching Kids Responsibility, Family Schedules, etc.
- We will meet once per month on a 60-75 minute call. The first 15 minutes will be spent with Lori Radun giving a mini lesson on the topic of the month. The remaining time will be spent brainstorming, coaching and discussing individual challenges related to this topic.
- At the end of the call, you will receive a small homework assignment for the month to help you reinforce this topic in your family.
- The group will be set up on Wiggio.com throughout the month so they can converse with one another about the topic and their homework, and continue to support one another.
- There is a 6 month commitment to the group. This provides connection in the group, safety in sharing, and the support that everyone needs. In addition, real change happens when you make a real commitment.
- The cost per month will be $25.00 or receive a 10% discount if you pay in full for the 6 month period ($135).
- To be placed in a group, please fill out an interest form. You will receive an email or phone call when your group starts giving you instructions on what to do first.
